I offer a range of different services, including:

Stained Glass

I have been designing and making stained glass for houses, churches and public spaces for over 30 years. I have lots of experience restoring histotic stained glass. My most recent commission was to completely restore all the Stained Glass at Morecambe’s Winter Gardens, a local Victorian Theatre.

I love working collaberatively with clients to realise their ideas in Stained Glass and I can work from a simple sketch to a detailed plan so that the end point is something truly personal and unique.

Fused Glass

I love working with fused glass and my designs almost always feature animals. My work is often humerous and quirky. My interest in ceramics means that I often use opalescent glass and my passion for textiles influences my work and often features floral patterns.

Glass Courses

I teach regular classes at the Gregson Centre in Lancaster and the Brewery Arts Centre in Kendal. Students can learn the basic techniques needed to make a stained glass window, and can learn the copper foiling approach and how to fuse glass. Many students go on to explore painting and staining techniques and a large number of students have made stained glass windows for their own homes.
